Our goal is to facilitate in helping our clients to negotiate the best possible deals at the most favourable terms in acquiring their property. Unlike most agents, our team rarely takes listings with major Landlords. We specialize in working on behalf of tenants and users of space. WORking with a commercial realtor

We believe that it is important that the people understand what an agency relationship means, and when it exists and when it does not. Commercial Realtors are governed by the concept of “agency.” An agent is legally obligated to look after the best interests of the person he or she represents. The agent must be loyal to that person. A real estate brokerage may be your agent – if you have clearly established an agency relationship with that Commercial Realtor with a representation agreement. But often, you may assume such an obligation exists when it does not. Our goal is to be of service to our clients for life. Please take a minute to review the pamphlet below for a good explanation of real estate agency and about the duties of a commercial real estate agent.
